THE ORIGINS OF THE WORLD
The sanctuary of Niassa is a natural reserve in Mozambique set between heaven and earth, breathtaking landscapes, mountains, forests, lakes, rivers, plains, it’s 120,000 square meters of wild nature and natural elements wisely put together by mother nature. In Niassa in Africa it is possible to see in captivity the largest animals of the earth, the lion, the elephant, the giraffe. But this is also the place where the African rhino lives, an animal that recalls the origins of the world and of human life and that today, due to man, risks extinction.

THE SHOW OF NATURE IN NIASSA
Africa is the heart of the earth, it contains within it the richest variety of fauna of any continent on our planet. In Niassa in Mozambique on the border with Tanzania it is possible to admire the spectacle of nature, lions, giraffes, zebras, elephants that live in their natural habitat. The nature reserve is nature in its essence, a unique and always different show… the representation of wild life staged every day by these beautiful animals.

THE RHINOCEROS
THE RESERVE IS THE KINGDOM AND REFUGE OF THIS ANIMAL
The Niassa nature reserve is home to one of the largest colonies of African rhinos, the sanctuary is the kingdom and refuge of this beautiful animal that commemorate the origins of the life of the animal world on our planet and that today due to man is likely to disappear from the face of the earth. The Niassa rhinoceros can weigh up to two tons and can reach a speed of 50 km per hour! This animal is one of the main attractions of the sanctuary, the staff of Niassa Sanctuary LDA guarantees, as far as possible, the preservation and protection of the rhino that has no enemies in nature but that has enemies in the human race.

THE LIFE OF THE RHINOCEROS IS NOT WORTH A HORN!
Wildlife in the natural reserve of Niassa is always in danger, man is the danger! The lack of available personnel is not able to monitor the immense spaces of the park, this allows the poachers to move with extreme freedom and kill large unarmed animals for their fur and especially the elephants and rhinos for their tusks and horns. It is appropriate to say that the life of the rhino is not worth a horn! Exhausted mercilessly in the 60s and 70s the rhino is still hunted by poachers for its precious horn. At Niassa Sanctuary LDA, we fight every day to protect the nature park from poaching. Want to give us a hand? Adopt for a year at a symbolic price of 50 € half a hectare of park. SOON IN NIASSA ORGANIZED SAFARI AND LODGES IMMERSED IN NATURE
To make the reserve more accessible to visitors, the sanctuary of Niassa is planning to build hotels for tourist hospitality. The Lodges, with zero environmental impact, will be immersed in the wild nature of the sanctuary and will allow guests of the unique reserve to have direct contact with the wild animals of the park. It is always a continuation of this project, which is a tourist impact, for the visitors of the reserve it will be possible to make safaris with the guide to see up close the rhinos, lions, giraffes, elephants and all the wild animals of Niassa.
